The hotel's location, just a stone's throw away from bustling Princess Street and the historic Old Town, made it easy for us to soak up the vibrant atmosphere, shop for souvenirs, and indulge in Scotland's rich history.

My wife says that having a dedicated play area for children would have been a great addition to make the hotel even more family-friendly.

I recently stayed at Cityroomz in Edinburgh for two nights and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The hotel's location was perfect, making it easy for me to explore the city and visit popular attractions such as Princes Street Gardens, the Scott monument, and Edinburgh Castle. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the airport shuttle stop right in front of the hotel was incredibly convenient. The room was spacious, clean, and the comfortable beds made for a restful sleep. I also appreciated the secure luggage storage service provided by the hotel.

Loved the vibrant festival atmosphere on the Royal Mile, discovering the city's nightlife, exploring Victoria Street, hiking up Arthur's Seat, and sleeping on a mattress that felt like a cloud.

So disappointed that I couldn't override my bedroom door lock or find any hidden magical gems like in Harry Potter.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the value for money was excellent - I felt like I got more than what I paid for. Secondly, the location was ideal as it was conveniently located near the airport shuttle bus stop. Lastly, the staff were attentive and provided great service throughout my stay.

The room was fabulous and comfortable, with everything I needed. the location was superb, with direct links to the airport and within walking distance to all the attractions. Plus, the staff were friendly and helpful.

There was a bit of noise late at night due to the nearby nightclub, but it didn't last long. the mattress on the bed felt a bit thin, which wasn't great for my back.

The adapted room at Cityroomz Edinburgh had outstanding views of the V & A Museum and the River Tay. The super comfy bed with a soft duvet and plump pillows made me feel like I was sleeping on a cloud. As a vegetarian/vegan, I appreciated the peaceful Georgian New Town location, just a short distance from the heart of the action.

I found the pull-cord alarms next to beds and WCs a bit too sensitive for my liking.

Conveniently located in the heart of the city, close to restaurants and shopping. Rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds and large TVs. Staff are friendly and accommodating, making efforts to meet guests' requests. The entrance is secure and easy to access with key cards. A good option for those looking for affordable but comfortable accommodation.

The staff helped me find a car service, which I appreciated. This place suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and a restaurant. I keep coming back for holiday.

Good value for money and great central location. Appreciated the helpful staff who provided us with extra milk when we asked. Room was clean and quiet despite being on a busy street. I would recommend this hotel for a budget-friendly stay in Edinburgh.

Almost perfect.

This hotel is great whether you're after a city break or a night out. It's ideally located near a range of attractions, bars, and restaurants, making it the perfect base for exploring. The staff are really helpful and friendly, with breakfast that's really good. The rooms are cosy and comfortable with all the necessary facilities.

The shower areas in the rooms tend to be small and cramped, making for an uncomfortable shower experience.

The adapted rooms offered outstanding views of the V & A Museum and the River Tay. I felt like I was waking up to a masterpiece every morning! The layout was perfect for my needs, and the accessibility features were top-notch.
